Consultations are available through TeleHealth (video/phone) Monday to Saturday.

In-person appointments are available at our lovely space at Balanced Healthcare in Flemington on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

Psychology and hypnotherapy sessions typically last 50-60 minutes, or 90 minutes for an initial appointment.  The number of sessions you may require will depend on a variety of factors and will be established collaboratively at the end of your initial session, however many people see substantial improvement within 6-10 sessions.

Hypnotherapy is the 'gold standard' evidence-based treatment when treating functional gut disorders such as IBS.  A course of hypnotherapy is typically 9 sessions, including a thorough initial assessment and final review. Pre and post assessment measures will be used to help track your progress over time.

Travelling interstate or overseas can be stressful when living with gut issues! For those who have IBS, IBD, Crohn's, CD, UC or any gut management concerns, single travel management sessions with Claudine are available to aid your planning.  The session will cover supportive travel strategies, food choices, supplement options and symptom management; so you can enjoy your trip feeling safe, comfortable and confident. 

Sessions with our Counsellor are available in person or via telehealth on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Counselling is primarily a relational talk-based therapeutic approach that also utilises evidence-based principles and practices.

Ongoing psychology or hypnotherapy consultations: $330 - AAPi 2025-26 recommended rate.

Travel Management Single Session: $300

Initial 90 minute consultation: $425, includes follow-up psychometric assessments.  

Medicare rebates of up to $98.95 for either in-person or telehealth sessions are available if you have a Mental Health Care, Eating Disorder or Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP.

Counselling sessions are $120. While they are not eligible for medicare rebates, you may claim a rebate from your private health fund.  Rebates vary according to your Health Fund and level of cover. Please contact your insurer for more information.  

Payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card, and if you have a Medicare-approved plan we can submit your Medicare rebate claim for you.
